Richard Fahey Stable Tour, March 2022.

A return to the famous Musley Bank stables on the outskirts of Malton and home to high class trainer Richard Fahey. The new turf season is slowly creeping up and preparations for another assault at the trainer's championship is on the agenda again. With approximately 200 horses in the yard, the complex is always very impressive to visit.
Stable stars for 2022 include the likes of the Group 1 Middle Park Stakes and Royal Ascot winner Perfect Power, one of the highest rated juveniles of 2021, or "Parsnip" to the stable staff. A new influx of two year olds of all sizes and colours have arrived and a future star could be based in these famous barns. Some old faces have departed but fresh talent have arrived which makes this upcoming season very exciting.
I was visiting on behalf of a stable tour with Richard Fahey Ebor Racing Club; once again I thank them greatly for the organising of the visit and for a great experience. You can find out more about the RFERC on my Syndicates page. Top prospects for 2022 include the three year olds Ionian Sea, Beattie Is Back and Capparis, as well as the ever popular Crownthorpe and Lady Celia.
